Our premium inspection is a thorough  inspection of the home and covers all the area's as our basic inspection, In addition, All the serial numbers and model numbers of the heating and cooling system, hot water heater and all major appliances are recorded to see if a manufacturer recall has been issued and what resolve there is to correct the problem. All this information will be recorded on our easy to read computer generated inspection report, With digital photographs that will outline where and what the problem is so you can make an informed decision. A link is also sent to your E-Mail box so your inspection report can be viewed online by your mortgage broker or real estate agent if the need should arise.
